PEOPLE OF TOMORROW
Plunged in fright,
We are the people of tomorrow.
Come together
By one-doesn't-know-what macabre association,
Lost without knowing it, silently we wait...
One told us to be there,
And there, there is nothing.
Who knows why!
In our throats the blood has clotted.
Our voices are gone with the sharp knife.
Mobilized mummies,
Our bodies await in an army disarmed.
Paralysed by the trauma,
There is nothing but us.
Macabre dance of the slaughtered,
Silent lament and revolt,
The music is a muffled memory.
After cannot return as before...
Let us dance upon ourselves.
Blind and ignorant,
We know the misery of the world.
